Attentive and Friendly service. We treat your event like our own. Once we plan and execute your
event you are now apart of the H & L Catering family. Your success is our success and we
celebrate with you.
Planning and Reserving a event. A minimal of 240 hours or 10 business days prior to your
event contact one of our consultants by email or phone. Most arrangements can be made by
phone; others may require a face to face with one of our consultants. We help you make all your
necessary decisions as to the services we can offer the best suits what you are looking for in
your event. After finalizing the details of your event, you will receive a event recap and
confirmation by email or fax, a copy of this contract must be signed all returned prior to your
event.
Guarantees. To ensure proper service we require a final guarantee of the number of guests to
be served no later that 4 business days before your event. The guaranteed number of guests is
required for minimum billing. If the number of guests exceed the number of guested
guaranteed you will be billing accordingly.
